Imagine fresh-from-the-sea mahi-mahi, red snapper, tuna or shrimp, marinated in lemon or lime citrus and flavored with chile chiltepin, jicama, tamarindo or cilantro. Then imagine fresh vegetables like crisp cucumber, juicy red tomatoes, celery, onions, sweet yams and Peruvian corn to finish the dish. Are you hungry yet?

Fortunately, you don’t have to settle for using just your imagination. You can enjoy these delicious ingredients in one of the many varieties of ceviche on the menu at 210 Ceviche. Our signature dish is a bold, spicy combination of flavors with Latin American flair, representing the best of authentic Pacific Style Mexican Cocina cuisine from the west coast of Mexico.

At 210 Ceviche, we use the highest quality seafood and shrimp for every serving sourced from Mexico, the Pacific Coast of the United States and Hawaii. The marination process uses citrus juice to thoroughly “cook” the seafood and shrimp as if it had been fried, baked or otherwise heated on a stove or in the oven. Our expert staff then adds authentic Mexican flavors while adhering to the highest standards of food safety.

Other tasty dishes on offer at 210 Ceviche include Empanizado, breaded fish filets with rice, Steak Milanesa, thinly sliced steak served with steak fries and refried beans and chicken, or cheese enchiladas garnished with tomatoes and lettuce and served with rice and beans.

210 Ceviche also features tacos, enchiladas and other traditional Mexican favorites, but with a twist. This is Mexican food unlike what many people associate with typical Mexican cuisine and definitely unlike anything you’ll find at a chain restaurant. 210 Ceviche also features refreshing cocktails and tasty desserts to round out your meal. You’re guaranteed not to leave hungry!

With 210 Ceviche, owner Luis Ortega brings the foods he loved growing up with in the Mazatlan region on the Pacific Coast of Mexico to the United States. One taste, and you’ll love them too!
